Message	Pull the CAS out and verify there is no issue with the D shape on the camshaft itself. Do you have a new style PTU and not a old solid metal block PTU ? Keep digging youll figure it out. Set the idle speed properly... its possible the idle adjustment is turned wayyyy too far clockwise causing some issues but that wouldnt really correlate to your issue.. still worth setting correctly.
